Lydia update #13a

She's getting a chest tube. She has a pleural effusion on the left. That's when fluid collects around the lung. So they put in a tube to suck it out and keep it out. It lets the lung expand more, and it drains one more place that bacteria could grow. Still requiring a lot of O₂.
